Relax with the ancient art of Tai Chi as taught in the Wudang Mountains of China! Tai Chi is known as 'meditation in motion', its fluid movements coordinate body and breath to leave you feeling more centered. This introductory class will be taught by Lucia Ring-Watkins, a practitioner of 16 years who has spent 2 years studying full time in China.
